Various factors can destabilise societies: population movements, inequality in accessing education, excessive taxation, corrupted political leaderships, merging or bankruptcy of firms, and a model of globalisation which is largely considered a failure are only some of those. Under these circumstances, change is non-negotiable. It is prescribed by competition, but also individuals themselves, even if they often refuse to consider or accept it. Development and improvement of one’s skills are prerequisites for achieving change, not only for professional but also for personal pursuits, such as inner balance and a harmonious family life. It is only when individuals admit their ignorance over certain things and decide to raise their awareness that change is finally possible.
