Managers are responsible for recruiting and training the appropriate individuals in such a way as to be able to achieve the goals of the team or the organisation (both quantitative and qualitative).

The success of a manager/leader is greatly determined by one parameter: whether they really want to succeed or not. If they aspire to be efficient, they are expected to overcome their fears and prove that they are the ones who construct the rules in the first place
