Some organisations employ executives with remarkable skills, who, nevertheless, fail to keep their efforts consistent. Other enterprises employ intelligent and skilful individuals in lower positions of hierarchy, causing a lack of momentum in terms of management. Along the same lines, some organisations acknowledge the need for change but they find it hard to pinpoint the areas for improvement and they fail to respond to the circumstances promptly. On the other hand, there are organisations which inspire awe and jealousy, by managing to combine talent, profit making and respect for people in and out of the workplace. In these environments, no action is taken without being well thought of and justified. Responsibility and commitment are essential elements of the common vision
