An organisation is essentially a group of individuals working together for the same cause. Apart from people, organisations encompass different cultures, attitudes, concerns and pursuits, which determine how smooth the transition to change will be in the workplace. In a way, an organisation could be portrayed as a group of “chameleons”. However, people do not always understand the effectiveness of adjusting to new environments in terms of possible threats.  Besides, there are organisations in which all the members agree on the suggested change but at the end of the day nothing ever changes
