The more attentive you are as to your actions the more you are going to be rewarded. You should also bear in mind that, while trying to improve your capacities, you may face resistance in the form of undermining your current identity. It is useful to remind yourselves that the new ‘you’ might destroy your current self, but will bring you closer to the person you want to be: your true self. Don’t give up. Refuse to settle with the same old setting as it might eventually render you incapable of achieving essential change
