Much like the game of chaos, the basic principles of an organisation encompass ideas about its future shape, goals and agenda. When employees feel trusted, they can work freely with the basic principles, interpret them, learn from them and elaborate on them so that by trial and error a model of moral behaviour can arise. All people can identify with this model regardless of their position. It is in our nature to regenerate models; that is why we search for them and verify them in various behavioural patterns and then collectively assess them. If the outcome does not please us we then revaluate certain qualities in order to obtain a more satisfactory behavioural model. Then we cooperate with each other and coordinate our behaviours within these patterns in an attempt to sustain them. This task demands conscientiousness, patience and generosity. And these qualities are nurtured with time and self-awareness
