As long as individuals are interested in personal improvement, questions about the right way to maximise positive reponses to change and render the workforce creative, innovative, competitive and devoted to the mission of the organisation will continue to linger. In order to answer these queries, it is first necessary to figure the final goal, the changes and the criteria to be determined throughout this process.
