Whenever I found myself in conversations concerning personal improvement, I almost always posed a question which, no matter how simple it sounds, is somehow difficult to answer, let alone realise:  Why is it necessary to improve or change? When is it supposed to be the right time for change and action? Examine your current views on the matter. Do you actually believe you have a choice? If you execute a particular task or address a specific matter and stay focused all the way, will you be able to reach the peak of your performance? If your answer is yes, you are likely to fulfil your aim and attain positive results, thereby also changing your professional or personal habits. On the contrary, if you reckon that your performance in a given field is bound to be limited due to lack of a specific talent, you are unlikely to succeed
